My real estate background includes personal experience with new construction, having built two homes from the site plan up, and I am currently engaged in home re-modeling. Recently, my husband and I completely re-designed and re-modeled our kitchen. I did considerable hands-on work, including demolition, electrical, plumbing, drywall, and painting. I am currently designing a home automation system with my husband and planning a large addition that will include a sunroom and master bedroom suite.
